4. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to acceptance by My Krishi.

• We accept online payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

5. Intellectual Property All content on the My Krishi platform, including logos, text, graphics, trademarks, and software, is the property of My Krishi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability My Krishi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper storage, misuse, or weather-induced crop failures associated with the agricultural inputs purchased from our platform.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where the company is registered.
